4.2 You agree to notify ph928 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your ph928 account. ph928 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 ph928 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. Activating 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access and is available to all registered players at no cost through the Account Settings panel.
4.4 ph928 will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from ph928, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount at ph928 is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method registered in your verified name. ph928 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph928 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending identity verification for accounts that have not completed the full KYC process.
6.3 GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours during standard Philippine banking hours. ph928 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6.4 ph928 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.
6.5 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been fully met. Only the cash balance in your ph928 wallet — after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements — is eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 ph928 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded to a player's ph928 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 11.1 ph928 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where ph928 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the account holder is under the age of 21; (d) continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk to ph928.
11.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms, ph928 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and to forfeit bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their ph928 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph928's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 All content on the ph928 Platform — including but not limited to the ph928 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of ph928 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also have the right to escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR under its player complaint procedures.
16.1 ph928 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to registered players via on-platform notification or, for material changes, via the contact details associated with your ph928 account.
16.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ph928.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
